On March 1, 2025, the opening ceremony of FITS JAPAN took place at the Kishimoto Building, its Tokyo office. More than 40 delegates from customer and partner organizations attended the event to jointly celebrate the establishment of FITS JAPAN.

The ceremony was hosted by Dr. Haihong XIN, Chairman of FITS JAPAN. In his address, Dr. Xin outlined the history of FITS. Originally spun off from the Asia subsidiary of Freudenberg IT, a global IT service provider with German roots and over 50 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, primarily for manufacturers, FITS has served more than 300 customers in Asia so far. Notably, FITS won the 2022 SAP Pinnacle Award for successfully migrating LSH Auto (a premier luxury car dealer in Asia) from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

As an SAP Gold Partner, AWS Select Partner, and Azure AI Cloud Partner, FITS brings Expert-level S/4HANA Cloud competency to Japanese with IT infrastructure planning and IaaS solutions, SAP consulting and migration services, SAP and critical systems operation & maintenance as well as Data analytics and AI innovation services.

A senior representative from Transcosmos Group also delivered a speech, commending the long-standing collaboration between Transcosmos and FITS and congratulating the launch of FITS JAPAN. Given the complementary IT expertise, Transcosmos looks forward to expanding cooperation with FITS in Japan, building on the successful partnership in other Asian markets.
