In April 2025, AI Expo Tokyo was hosted in the Big Sight International Exhibition Center. As one of the largest AI events in Japan, the exhibitors from all over the world showcased their cutting-edge technologies and innovative applications empowered by AI, attracting tens of thousands of visitors from enterprises and organizations across Japan. As the debut at the Expo, FITS launched the Falcon IT Operation Platform as well as the INGSHI Machinery Maintenance Platform jointly developed with partner. 

Japan is transitioning from "Industry 4.0" to "Society 5.0," aiming to build a truly "smart society" combining cyberspace and physical space with high intelligence and sustainability. The emergency and progressing of AI technologies has stipulated rapid and in-depth innovations throughout Japan. With the automation, the impact of the labor shortage will be actively improved. 

The Falcon IT Operation Platform was a cure to improve the IT system maintenance SLA whilst curbing the labor costs. Empowered by AI, the Platform can autonomous monitoring on-premise and on cloud systems, with issue prediction, automatic alerts, and intelligent decision support. In addition, the Platform also provides access for real-time supports by FITS professional team. The SLA of the system maintenance can be dramatically upgraded to 99.99% of reliability.
