As our long-term digital service partner, FITS and TONTEC jointly developed our digital transformation strategy. After implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions in our Hong Kong headquarters and the majority of our subsidiaries across the world, FITS also provided managed services and application management services for our system maintenance worldwide. When SAP launched the S/4HANA Cloud Solution Private Edition in 2021, FITS proposed and completed upgrades by migrating the on-premise S/4HANA system to a cloud environment. Benefiting from the competency of FITS consultants and cloud engineers, TONTEC reduced labor costs in logistics departments by one-third and increased system integration efficiency by 60%, highlighting our IT division as the dominant force in TONTEC"s digital transformation strategy.

By optimizing the previous SAP template, FITS established a scalable SAP cloud platform to support business innovations and tech upgrades, as well as seamlessly connected all digital applications for TONTEC. This approach protected the investments in the legacy SAP system while ensuring a smooth upgrade from the previous on-premise system to the new cloud-based system.
